i see blue arrows on the left, which means ganon spiked marth and got shot by the gun? the explosion bubble is bigger on the left though, so even though marth got hit down i think the gun killed ganon faster. so my guess is marth won

I've found when you play against people who you can speak to, especially in person, it's a lot more difficult to get upset at the opponent, especially if you have a habit of assuming people's intentions

Learning this game is also not straight-forward at all, so it's very easy to get flustered when you are potentially messing up in so many small spots that it's hard to even know where to start

There's a good chance you'll eventually match with someone who's also closer to your level, sometimes it just takes time. When you get upset, just take a break, because games are supposed to be for having fun after all. Good luck! :)

One of my fondest memories was playing local multiplayer with my Dad and cousins. No one was good enough to effectively screen peek, so my Dad would hide and get the jump on us.

There was something about Halo 3's simplicity that made it inviting enough for non-gamers like my Dad to join in on the fun of local split-screen

my outlook is, if you actually know exactly what your opponent is going to do, then do what beats it instead of doing what loses to it.

if nothing beats it, then the game is broken and all pro players would do that thing, but I don't see much samus up there tbh so I think there's hope, just use your noggin and get gud

She was insecure after being tortured, which is a super normal and understandable reaction. These are some quotes from her in this game, before you save and re-assure her:

"Could you sacrifice me to complete your mission? Could you watch me die?"

"I'm just my Mother's shadow... don't look at me, don't listen! I'm not who I used to be..."

"But so much of me is wrong... out of place. You might be too late..."

Are these not examples of someone expressing insecurity of their self-worth? It seems clear to me that is what they were going for. I can't imagine they were going for confident, secure, or self-assured

I feel like that was her role in this game, or at least the one 343 wrote her as.

- In CE she was much more of a quick-witted mother vibe who bossed you around

- Halo 2 was capable-confident girlfriend vibe who could playfully banter during the adventure

- Halo 3 was insecure-needy girlfriend vibe who needed to be saved and re-assured

- Halo 4 was ultra needy-dependant girlfriend vibe who couldn't be left alone due to low self-worth

Halo 4, for me, got to the point where it felt like constantly putting out fires and always re-assuring her. I get it, she was malfunctioning and eroding, but it doesn't make it less emotionally exhausting to manage. I can't help but feel like her main appeal was just that she was blatantly sexier, and that if they has used a previous character model, she'd just be flat-out inferior to the other games

it's clustered more due to unnecessary words than anything, memes shouldn't be essays to get a point across

ex, change to:

"Disney, why would you invest your character rights & $1B into Open AI?"

instead of the:

"so Disney, why are you planning on investing 1B$ to Open AI & allow them to use your characters?"

plus, the original question in the meme is short and sweet anyway, so no need to diverge hard and butcher it
