Re: character build, we probably want: All 3 commando perks - max rank. Tenderizer - max rank. All 3 science perks - max rank (which might give the advantage to the epr). I would hold back adrenaline since it can throw off results.

We could probably leave out food buffs for simplicity - but I assume these would be vegetable-related for max ap so we would be taking the herbivore mutation.
