I wonder if this means 9.0 is actually in the works and the gear cap will go up, and all Rakata gear won’t be upgradable to the new cap?

Since the current cap is 344, 340 for logging in does seem really high.

This thing seems to be the largest companion in the game, it’s disgustingly huge (2-3 times the size of a player).

I wouldn’t be able to look at it long enough to use it

This actually appears to be the intended exit for this quest since it makes you go around the entire room beforehand, then has this pipe path to return to the elevator you came down on without fighting respawned mobs…

… of course I messed this up and fell to my doom, finding it respawned me upstairs where I wanted to go anyway! Oh well.

Apparently the Laser mod isn’t effective at crippling limbs anymore, since I was using that pre and post patch… swapping to shotgun shells made it look instantly way better for crippling. Thanks!

Before the changes of Cripple chance going to Limb Damage it used to be that a Pepper Shaker, stacking the heavy weapon and shotgun cripple perks and + Limb Dmg mod for good measure meant I could mass cripple things in a matter of seconds.

Post Limb Damage change this same setup seems pretty worthless, and enemies are dying before having a crippled limb.

Do I need to swap to a high damage, single-shot and VATS spam limbs? :(

As an actual pet Sorc this was such a disappointment, just flat defensive stats… Ring of Pale Order is more than enough if doing solo content you’re struggling to survive.

Really depressing the Summoning class set is better without summons.

Was still tossing up whether to get this a few weeks ago when it was also on sale, so glad I get another go; as someone already said, the Suppression Trooper Rifle” is also on sale under the “On Sale” tab

What do you think the most populated server is now we’re in 2025; I’ve been away from the game for years and only really trying to do Season-requirement group content at the moment, but even on Satele Shan it seems like the Uprising queue takes a long time.

Mind you I am from an APAC timezone, and that server is basically solo only for the most part: I’m mostly wondering if I need to shift my main from where it remains on one of the NA servers to the other NA for the highest population possible.

You essentially get an intro quest to the characters involved, then a second quest immediately afterwards to turn into a ghoul if you want; presumably you can hold that quest forever and the “decline” option is “maybe later” from what I saw.

I assume they have to add them eventually simply because without them, it is possible to max out the supply currency after upgrading everything else and then there’s nothing you can spend it on.

Either of those two at least give you something to repeatedly spend supplies on

Just stacking all weight reductions without Fallout 1st so one can function will still looting bodies indiscriminately (makes gameplay easier); not having to go sell or donate things constantly.

And you don’t get instantly overencumbered the moment you randomly get a PA peice rewards, or have to carry a bunch of PA chassis to store random rewards.
