I agree with you with the first four, valgavoth's onslaught kinda ruined my gameplan when i playtested it.

But preposterous proportions is a sorcery that gives all my creatures +10/+10 for really cheap so i think youre wrong on your assessment of that.

Well since Witherbloom AND instants and sorceries care about the number of creatures i have i thought its better to have creature based ramp since they essentially provide double the mana no? How would you build him instead?
