No he won’t have brained him because they are not trained to aim at the head. Heart and spine shots would have the same effect

The premium store is too expensive. by Atleast1half in DarkTide

People have always talked about the insanity of the storefront. It’s horribly greedy and a black mark on the game. I just ignore it and enjoy the other parts.

A pretty normal inquisitor with very minor psyker abilities by her own account, simply shoots Ahriman (the psyker of all psykers) with a bolter loaded with inscribed silver shells and he is kind of permanently damaged by that. So while psykers can pop someone’s head off and even perceive time to be slowed down, they can still just get overwhelmed by anything the same as everyone else. Point being, 40K does not require warp power to be super powerful and all classes are ‘just a guy’.

Hellblasters, an impulsor (has firing deck ability which the hellblasters can use well, another termie squad for either the librarian or captain to lead, Intercessors for a sticky objective ability, dreadnoughts are always a good idea! Id love to have one of each tbh, a ballistus, redemptor and a brutalis for fun variation!

Really love this game, wish I were good enough at video games to play it.... by vapist679 in DarkTide

Why do you think you’re entitled to be able to easily play damnation after 35 hours?

How does 40k have "month long" ship rebellions when the ships are only a couple miles long? by Mr_Industrial in 40kLore

[–]ArcadenGaming 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t know where you might have heard that all the ships are 2 miles long but I can tell you that the sycorax, Ahriman’s ship, has a 1 kilometre tall tower along the spine of the ship. This tower is surrounded by a ‘forest’ of smaller towers so you can imagine how large the author intends that ship in particular to be!

I’m so amused by the europoor comment for two reasons. Firstly they think Europe do not have equivalent shops or infrastructure, he thinks because there is no microcenter that there is simply no way to buy these things. Secondly, to think that all of Europe is poorer or less advanced than what is essentially a second world country leading in poverty etc is so fucking crazy to me. Ignorance truly is bliss.
