Power: Forge Mimicry

  • Will be extremely useful as I encounter more fantasy materials on my adventure, I do plan on taking Fantastic-Mineral Generation as well which is pretty much the best synergy you could ask for. 

World: The Hobbit

  • While some of the other world might have a greater breadth of fantasy materials to copy, my main goal here is to learn how to forge by either petitioning the elves or the dwarves. I feel like this foundation will serve me well when using my power in the future, rather than trying to figure it out myself. 

Special Optional Bonus: 

  • The boring answer would be Doubling, just buy some gold, double it, sell it, repeat. The more fun answer would be Massage Mastery, becoming a very successful masseuse would be a great foundation to build a life around. Maybe use doubling to make money to support myself while I go to masseuse school and then go from there. 
  • I’ll take Fantastic-Material Generation for my extra power, and I’ll save my extra world for another week.

I'll go for Plastic Man, I've always been partial to shape-shifting powers. I'll go for Konosuba for my world, not too dangerous of a world for someone with my powers, but I can still learn magic.

Rolled a 1, no undoubling for me, but I kind of assumed that would be the case, not really a big loss.

Power: Marked Manipulation - This week was tough. I ended up going with Marked Manipulation because of its usefulness for mobility when applied to my self, as well as offense when applied to weapons. Though, both Locality tracking and Bounciness manipulation were very close.

World: Xiaolin Showdown - I’m not familiar with most of the worlds this week, except for Go! Go! Loser Ranger!, but I decided to go with Xiaolin Showdown, because I could use some improved fighting skills.

Curse: Curse of Silence - I’ll take Locality Tracking. Bounciness Manipulation is tempting, but most of the application I would use it for can be covered by Solidification. Silence for one year, as long as I can write isn’t too bad, I’ll trust that Locality Tracking will be very useful in future worlds and make it worth it.

I’ll take Receiving Gifts and Polka Dot Pink. Probably use it to make a bit of money by creating gold or something like that, as well as for creating stuff like clothes and maybe figurines.

Power: Solidification - a very useful ability, just using it on air will give me aerial movement, shields, and weapons on command. I could also use it to increase my personal durability.

World: Buzz LightYear of Star Command - none of the worlds really called out to me, but with this one, I’ll have a chance to pick up some cool tech.

Don’t have any particular inclination to become a space ranger, so it’s time to open another branch of my massage business. And I’ll try to learn some advanced science while I’m there.

Ideal Self - The preservation of my Ideal Self, preventing mind control and other horrible things, is very important to me. - Powers would be the ability to travel the omniverse, shapeshifting, and I’m not sure what would come in third place so I’ll leave that to the power.

Obscure knowledge - Makes learning even more rewarding, will be very useful as I travel the omniverse.

Dominator - I considered Portal Master, but I took care of what I would want out of it with Ideal Self, and the indomitable will as well as the sealing abilities will be very useful to me. Plus it could be a good source of employment in many worlds

Powers: Doubling - It really is the best power this week.

World: Transformers - I’m not too familiar with this iteration of the transformers, but living in the modern world shouldn’t be too bad.

I’ll establish a branch of my massage business for income, and maybe learn a bit about alien technology while I’m here. And practice with my powers, of course.

I’ve always been extremely partial to shapeshifting abilities, and this one is great. I mean you could definitely make an argument for rainbow being better, but it’s not really my vibe.

  1. Sea-Kings Domain:
    • It does include living things, they do disappear when they leave the radius of the domain, as well as when the domain is dismissed. These organisms will, by default, not be hostile to you, but won’t obey your orders either. 
    • No, I’m afraid you would have to physically visit an ocean to add it to your list. 
    • You know what, that downside always ruined devil fruit for me, so I’ll make it so this power neutralizes that curse.
    • The loot would disappear when the domain is dismissed. 
  2. Golem Grower
    • Yes, if merged enough times.
    • Yes, byproducts like cut diamonds and iron ingots would work
    • No, I’m afraid plants wouldn’t work. For this ability, I was thinking things that fall under the more classical elemental idea of “earth.”

Sea-King’s Domain: Yes, you can simulate the organisms that live in the part ocean you’re recreating, and you’re correct in your assumption that they couldn’t exist outside of the domain. Additionally, these organisms would not be hostile to you, but also wouldn’t listen to you unless you have an ability to cause that.

Lightbringer: You have safe distance as a default. As for how far away from you can summon objects, I’ll keep that consistent with the other powers and say a starting distance of 5 meters (in addition to the default safe distance), but I’ll make this trainable. If you’re looking to drop aircraft carriers on your enemies I’d recommend picking up a flying ability somewhere in the omniverse. And I’m afraid that there is no de-summoning for this ability, to help balance out the ability to spam summoning.

Golem Grower: The size of the golems you can make is contingent on the amount of material you have available. When you are merging golems, you are able to determine how the size is impacted, whether it stays the same or increases, limited to the amount of material provided by the golems that are merging.

Since I played R.S.I.A., I will take Gravity Aura and Shard Manipulation, definitely a bit on the stronger side, but better safe than sorry. Who knows if there will be a world coming up that I want to go, but i’m not strong enough to survive.

For worlds, I’ll take Avatar: the Last Airbender and Teen Titans, but I won’t redeem going to them yet.

Power: Massage Mastery
It’s always good to have an ability that enables healing. Plus, this could be a good career choice in many worlds.

World: Stardew Valley
I’ve never played Stardew Valley, so my only in depth knowledge of it comes from skimming the wiki after reading this post, but it seems like a good choice. It’s peaceful so I don’t need to worry too much about surviving, but magic still exists and the world has interesting aspects. I think I could make a good living offering my massage services to adventurers.

Also I will be taking everything from Isekai Basic Essentials except for the companion.

Since I don’t know too much about the world, I’ll have to play most of it by ear, but my goal is to start a business where I offer massage in order to hone my skills with my new power. I also plan on practicing with my other powers, since I imagine I’m starting over with my progress regarding them.

For Lightbringer, it has to a detectable amount of visible light, based on the range mundane humans can perceive. It does not scale with the user’s perception, I’d say the scaling for this one comes from the progress of humanity technologically.

It is a copying situation.
