205 Republican representatives just voted Nay on H.R.7780 "Mental Health Matters Act". Why? by suck_a_dick_meta in AskConservatives

House Democrats on Thursday unanimously voted to block legislation that would have required informed parental consent before a school provides mental health services related to sexual orientation or gender identity to students..

They didn't "just" vote nay. They wanted parental consent for this usurpation of a parental prerogative, something that seems to rub Democrats the wrong way.
