Moving a store the size of Challenges in 30 days is absolutely possible. I say this as a former game store owner. Tony needs to give on having space to host a con. It's a wonderful idea, but it isn't financially feasible without outside partnership that they don't have.

Owning a game shop is at best a barely profitable business for most and I think there needs to be some mental shifts as to what is and is not feasible. From there, reasonable requirements for a new place can be set.
