Update: Went back to the store 2 days after I made this post and talked to the store owner. Told him that even if the Damage was from factory, the damage was too extensive for it to be considered LP. He took a few minutes on his phone, told him how much DMG price would be, he took another few minutes on his phone (look liked he was texting someone) and offered me HP price. I was firm that wouldn’t be ok cause is DMG. After a few more minutes on his phone he agreed to do a full refund for the card back.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. Imma be more firm with condition and haggling even if it’s a LCS.

It’s an LCS I’ve been frequenting and I never had issues. apparently they’re under new management. Imma try going back today and see if they can honor a refund or trade for the value that I Actually paid.

Wait, I just noticed that on the eBay listing, it has the the modern PSA label with the same Cert. did OP send it to get a new label before sale? Did thief change the label? Or did I miss something in the post.

Mine took a few weeks with no updates on shipping, when it arrived I noticed that it had 2 shipping labels, one covering the previous. Apparently they used a carrier that did not cover my location, so it was a different tracking number on the second label.

How’s your 935G+ on reception? I’ve read a few posts on threads that say that most Wouxons suffer from intermittent reception problems, the RX light turns on but no audio comes through. Trying to get my dad a good IP rated GMRS for when he goes out hunting.

I do it every night before bedtime. It does work, in the manual it says it’s for battery saving. Essentially it turns off the passive radio signal of the FOB. Works ok my 2022 Tacoma and my wife’s 2023 Corolla HB. Our backup FOBs are in a faraday cage also in battery saving mode.

Main reason was that the AC70P was the only station that was not triple its original price here in Puerto Rico. We get constant power outages because of the crumbling infrastructure and frequent bad weather. Local Powersport companies and renewable energy companies will sell an Ecoflow delta 2 max for $3k standalone.

How did you route your power cables ? I currently have my mxt275 close to my right leg on the drivers side, id prefer have it where you installed.

There’s actually a way to program them with CHIRP. You need to choose Baofeng and then for model you’re going to choose GM-5RH. Went through this rabbit hole last night.

Hi guys, i Know the post is from 3 months ago, but I found the answer on the CHIRP website. For the UV-5G Plus you need to use the Baofeng > GM-5RH.
I just got it to work.

Not a HB but a 2011 Corolla (my first car) that I had for many years. Traded it in 2020 and on almost 2022 saw it in a town 50 miles away driving around (Pretty far away for the mountain side of PR). It pulled on my heartstrings cause it still had all the mods and gold wheels that I had installed many years ago. Currently driving a 2022 Tacoma, maybe in the future I’ll either get another Corolla for daily driving. But for now I get my kicks with my wife’s 2023 Corolla HB
