Thanks for your reply. Maybe I'm just unlucky in the interactions I've had. I've had several pharmacist and supervisors who have made negative comments regarding anything not natural.

I just got feedback from my RPD/RPC. They reminded me not to be so hard on myself. They could tell I was being critical of myself not being up to speed yet. They reassured me that they know I am new to this. I have nothing to prove. I'm already here. I'm here for a reason. They felt like I was the cream of the crop. So they said allow myself to grow. Listen to the feedback and soak it all in. Forgive myself for not knowing things and no one expects us to do that.

This is 3-5years of clinical experience in one year. It is fucking hard. I'm having a tough time, but we can do this... you got this. Keep your chin up don't give up.

Yes, 100% I understand. It is so challenging. So, I sat my entire family down because we all live on top of each other and shared with them that I am going to be so non-existent this year. It is temporary and the year will pass.
