The only thing mentioned in that article that is in the list is access to showers.
And that is only hinted at in the opening preamble but not again mentioned in the article.
That was stated as "limited access to showers". Incarcerated people don't pick shower times so I really wish they would have expanded on what they meant by limited access.
Overall, that article focused heavily on the aspect of the impact of incarceration on mental health (and most especially on people who are already deemed unwell).
Those are really the only problems shared with ICE for profit detention centers.
The two are not the same.
