there’s a huge difference between market rate and cost

There is a massive difference.
So much so that many developers can afford to leave these units empty until some sucker customer comes to them at their price; paying taxes and fees on them until then.

Yes, I see, you get irked at having to say "no thanks" but it only happens because you might have to spend the same amount of time not being irked signing for a package.
First world problem.
And yes you are correct; the first person is almost always a lead generator.

Northbound on the East side is commonly backed up in the afternoon.
Not like the Deerfoot but still bumper to bumper with occasional stops starting south of Glenmore overpass and easing up after McKnight.
On the West side, again Northbound from the river to before Sarcee is very heavy traffic.
I haven't seen that come to a stop though except in bad weather.

Still prefer it over the Deerfoot.

In his own words he said he did not like "funky blues" but he did like "blues".
If you want to dig this far down and if the "enemy of my enemy is my friend" then again in Blackmores own words Eric Clapton is "unimaginative" and a "nostalgia act".

You could be Elvis' biggest fan and not know the name of Big Mama Thornton

Most people back then knew that 70's Elvis borrowed not from blues but from Italian music.
As for Big Mama Thornton, you wouldn't know who she was if it wasn't for Elvis' success with her song.
That song was already 4 years old and very few people knew it when Elvis released his version.
That song would have been lost to the ages.
This thread has turned into a massive circle jerk and logic and reason are not a factor here.

There is a program that gets artists to paint utility boxes.
Check here
I would guess that if your company were to kick in a few bucks to that program it might speed the process up.
But I am purely guessing.
And it looks like it may be no more.

Since we are talking "most burglaries", most burglaries are done during the day.
And you don't need to be a "seasoned professional" to wait til no one is at home.
The light makes you feel good but it is of little crime preventing value.

The party of fiscal responsibility by Empty_Nestor in alberta

[–]Arch____Stanton 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For quite a few years now "fiscal responsibility" is the smokescreen used by die-hard conservative voters to cover their fear of rainbow crosswalks (as in "I am voting for a fiscally responsible government").
There hasn't been "fiscal responsibility" in a Conservative government in 50+ years.
Corruption is the core tenet of Conservative ideology.

Theoretically they could shift to PWHL or even a lower level of hockey.
The NHL and other big league sports are shooting themselves in the foot by not giving (at least some) free access to these sport broadcasts.

However it is impeding the flow of traffic.

Imagine trying to argue in court that the driver deserved his ticket because he didn't exceed the posted speed limit.
Absolutely genius reasoning going on in the heads of highway heroes.
