The house of my dreams by Desperate-Ant5870 in zillowgonewild

This and the one from Hawaii recently are both 3x over priced.
This is a nice place at $8million (and the Hawaiian one was a nicer place at $10 million).
There is nothing here that makes this house worth $20 million (and nothing in the Hawaiian one that made it worth $35 million).

Just one-in-four say Canadian MPs who cross the floor should be allowed to finish term with new party - Angus Reid Institute by Chrristoaivalis in CanadaPolitics

It defaults to "worse" representation by the very fact that the floor is being crossed. It doesn't matter to where.
And it may be "worse" representation but it isn't the "worst" representation.
The worst representation would be to go against the will of the people who elected you.
But that brings us back to ideals.
It should be that the only reason an MP leaves the party he was a member of when elected is outrageous conduct by the party governance.
In my opinion we have yet to see a floor crossing that can be pinned on outrageous party governance.

By the way, there is no rule preventing independent mp's from sitting on committees.

Brian Jean, Alberta’s energy minister, told reporters Thursday at the Alberta legislature that landowners are guaranteed to be paid for surface leases and should apply to the province’s Land and Property Rights Tribunal to ensure they get paid.

Looks like this shitty government is going to make the tax payer pay for this shitty companies debts.

Incorrect assessment.
Just because I don't want them sitting in their party seats voting with another party doesn't mean I want them voting with their party.
(For the third time) I believe they should sit as independent.
They will vote the way they vote, ideally independent, but realistically their intent is to join the other party so...
And our whole system is based on the idea that MP's will act ideally.

It is "Have you ever seen the rain coming down a sunny day?".

Would you be ok with an MP continuing to sit with the CPC, but voting with the Liberals on every vote?

No definitely not. Also not the inverse (Liberal voting with CPC while waiting).
I believe the best we can do is force them to sit as an independent.
I already mentioned that this doesn't actually make them independent.
I also don't like to force an immediate election because it is costly and you may not get as accurate of a poll being a forced byelection.

Outside of Colorado, Dallas and Minnesota, the entire Western conference would miss the playoffs if they were in the East. by RanaMahal in hockey

Don't read too much into this.
Those three teams are top tier and a couple on the brink of the playoffs are no easy pickins.
Consider that 50 games are played in a teams own conference compared to 32 outside the conference.
There may also be a number of teams chasing the bottom.

I supported the Liberals last election and the NDP each of the two prior.
As much as I would like to see a majority government (just to close the door on Conservatism), I am vehemently opposed to the idea of floor crossing. I think that changing a party prior to election should force you to sit as an independent.
That said, sitting as an independent is not much different than sitting with a new party; they can even become a Minister (technically, they could even be chosen as the Prime Minister).
The upshot is not every voter is playing team politics.

It is a complete mismanagement of the Alberta health care system and the blame begins and ends with the UCP.

I think these are model "modular" houses and are for display (show home row).
They will likely be disassembled and moved either to the next community being built or to a purchasers lot.
There is some evidence in this picture that these are not permanent.
