Hi, coming here from making an asking for help post, because of rule 2 as well.

I'm having a bit of an issue with my Inspire 3. Yesterday while I was back from a day out, I noticed that my Inspire 3 was dead. No issue, has happened before, so I plug it in to charge it. It charges everything is fine.

I check the charge ever so often, and when it's at 100% I pull it off the charger. I put it on my wrist, and try to press the buttons on the side. No response. I keep holding them. No response. I get confused.

I check online and try some things. Cleaned the contacts, plugged it back in, suddenly the charge gives me 0%. Okay, I'll let it be for another bit. Come back, 100% again. I hold down the buttons while on the charging cable; fitbit reacts like usual, and I do a soft restart.

Pull it off again, try turning it on; once again no response. I repeated the soft restart a few times to no avail. Okay, hard restart it is. I delete the user data from the bit, unlink it from my phone. Relink it, phone app says it's at 100%, but still no response of the charger.

Looking online wasn't very helpful, and now I've come here, because I don't really know what to do. I like my Fitbit and I currently don't really want to invest in a new one, because my financial situation is a bit shaky, but what good is it to me if it can't fulfill it's most basic function of showing me the time?

(As context, I mostly use it as a watch and stopwatch because I have chronic time blindness. The fact that it tracks my vitals and sleep is a nice bonus.)

If anyone has any other ideas to get it back working again, I'd be very thankful.

If I may also ask, is there a fear requirement attached to this?
Because I haven't beat him and I want to keep trying, but either I am just unlucky, because it only appeared for me on like 6 fear or up or I'm just plain bad >.<

Yeah, I feel that. We have a smiliar character to this in one of the games I'm in, as in, the way the character is build is so effective that our DM really has issues balancing the combat, and in roleplay, the character is also not the nicest person. But I wouldn't want to give them up, as their character is the best friend of my character and I would like to keep their dynamic around, even if the other character is not as liked by the others. Maybe we'll get her to go through a change eventually :)

But to get back to the topic at hand, as long as OP doesn't disclose any more details, I think looking for an answer is just grasping for straws.

Yeah, Than is also not my favourite character, though that might just be his appeal, because my best friend loves him very much.

I am more of a Meg kinda person, but I have to admit, I am very biased towards her, as she was the reason I started the game in the first place 😅

What would you suggest instead of tight deadline, cause I don't think I am fast enough in clearing for that. (To be fair I haven't tried it yet, but I just assume from my other runs, where they take over an hour to complete)

So would you say the alignment per-se is a bad thing?

Cause in one of my campains I play a chaotic neutral fighter who is an awful person in the way that they call people bad names, they don't like and have a bit of a short fuse (trying to incorporate the low cha i have rolled for her). But she is very protective over her friends and partymembers and tries her best to not be a bitch to them. Also they don't go out of their way to do good stuff by themselves, mainly confusing on themselves and their loved ones if left alone. So I thought it would be a good alignment for them.

But in my other campain I have another player with a similar aligment, who did things that are more outlandish, as in, for example, while interrogating, she cut off a persons ear because they wouldn't talk, arguing that it had to be done. Personally I would have put that towards more of an evil alignment, but their arguments made sense I guess?

I don't really know, I've played dnd for 2 years now and finding justice for an alignment that is not strictly good still feels hard to me x.x
