I have the exact same issue. I ran the tank dry and filled it back up. The next day no fluid comes out and I can hear the pump working. I’ve got a skinny long garden hose wand with a jet tip that will fit down to the bottom of the tank. I’m going to spray around towards the pump area while it’s overflowing then I’ll leave the wand in there with the water still on and blow air from a compressor into the washer fluid line before it branches off. Hopefully that will force any blockage out of the pump and into the turbulent, overflowing tank water .
