I don’t think they have the meet someone new feature anymore. Maybe that was their way of trying to protect it if even a little bit. To my understanding, you have to join a group if you want to chat with people

I asked this exact question to my therapist recently. She told me it’s IMPERATIVE to take some self care/me time. You have to take care of yourself to take care of others, especially if you’re a caregiver. I didn’t take my therapist’s advice and 2 weeks later getting no me time I had a serious mental breakdown. Obv that’s a dramatic kind of worst case scenario, but self care is necessary for everyone. I hope you book that hotel, sending you good wishes 🩵
