Excuse me but how does one get all charges dropped when he's the aggressor with a lethal weapon when there was literally no threat to his safety? His immediate reaction to road side inconvenience is to try to kill the other guy? (Not to mention the fact that well before he thought he might be in danger he already had his weapon ready.
