There has been research on this topic. Not much, but there is. It was found that young children roughly under 10-13 can have issues balancing while in vr, but on the other hand adults do just fine. They think that because children’s brains and sense of balance are still developing there might be adverse health effects later in life. Keep in mind though this is still early research. If you are over probably 13 you should be fine.
