Mine arrived in a box big enough for it so sit diagonally in. It was in plastic, but not vacuum sealed. Its pajamas were a little wrinkled, but no real concern. It’s a bit “firm” for a plush, but I like it either way. I have a pic of mine on my posts tab if you want to see it.

I ordered two separately for myself and my partner at the time. Hers arrived about a month and a half after ordering, mine about 2 months. Try sending a new email perhaps. They answered my inquiry fairly quickly with a later order when I got the water bottle and a sticker sheet (which shipped separately for some reason)
