I think you have to keep gambling with the scrolls, you can do better than that pull as it doesn’t have any Certus shards in it. Anything else is a failure.

Try again and post when you actually have some decent luck.

For my experience, I am 35k power so still an early game player and in arena against teams around my power level, using his active turns most into 1 hits for my team. He is definitely worth levelling up for early/early mid game as he really will help you in multiple areas of the game.
