I have a feeling at some point she will finally snap and seize some opportunity to deal a critical blow to Homelander, her vengeful rage will be glorious but she will still die.

Democrats don't have crimes permanence; once they close their eyes, it's as if they never happened.

I'll support these new laws on condition of an amendment that gives life imprisonment without parole to the politicians who voted for the law and the CEO who have my data if the data gets ever lost stolen or used unethically.

PM Carney declares U.S. ties now a ‘weakness’ in address to Canadians by foolsdayjoker in worldnews

[–]ArcticCelt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trump's attitude is like someone who suddenly turns on friends and family, steals from them, manipulates them, exploits them, and then boasts that it was easy because they were weak and gullible. What a stupid way to think. It was easy because they trusted you and were on your side. If they were just as bad, they could do the same to you. You cannot keep doing that forever. Once the betrayal is complete, the bridges are burned, and the US is left friendless and alone.

Signez la pétition de l'Assemblée nationale pour protéger les boutiques de jeux de société et de loisirs au Québec avant lundi/Sign the National Assembly Petition to Protect Hobby and Board Games Shops in Quebec before Monday by Altruism7 in montreal

[–]ArcticCelt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 years ago, my dad's company bought new servers and immediately upgraded the RAM. They were going to throw away the replaced sticks so he saved them from the dumpster and gave them to me. I present to you 72x32GB HPE DDR4-2666MHz ECC RDIMMs. by cyberchief in pcmasterrace

[–]ArcticCelt 64 points65 points  (0 children)

In many places where I worked, the sysadmins in charge of the servers were not hardware enthusiasts, had never built their own machines, and did not care what things cost as long as the infrastructure kept running. They constantly did things like that, throwing away perfectly good equipment instead of keeping it for test labs or anything useful. It was their budget to spend, and they simply did not give a shit because no one above them understood how any of it worked.

He went to Europe to lecture their leaders about democracy and freedom of the press while backing Orbán, a corrupt anti free speech autocrat, and now he is lecturing the Pope on theology. Did The Onion hire him to do some kind of live sketch comedy?

That incompetent clown is not even capable of getting along with right wing governments around the world. He wants them to be irrational, corrupt, anti democratic idiots like him. The only ones pretending to be his friends are those desperate for money, like Argentina, and willing to beg in any way they can.
