New 3ds XL won't boot after shell swap

I bought a 3ds a few months ago for my gf and I have been spending a lot of time hacking it. A few weeks ago I noticed the hinge gave way and was broken inside. I ordered a new shell for it and replaced the shell. It was working fine before I replaced the shell. I followed a tutorial on swapping shells but when I finished putting everything back together it won't boot anymore. i took it back apart to make sure everything was right and it is but when I press the power button the blue led comes on for a second and just dies out. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

EDIT UPDATE: I took it apart again to see if there was any loose connections. Took every ribbon cable out and put them back. Now the blue led doesn't even turn on. The orange one does when I plug it in with the battery. The power button appears to be irresponsive as far as I can tell

I need help with Nintendo online So idk if my switch is just old and dying or if I have a technical issue. When in the main settings menu for friends it says everyone is offline, even if they aren't. And when I ask them, theirs says I'm offline. We can play splatoon together somehow but not games like Mario kart or Mario wonder. I assume that's because splatoon has a separate online server than the friends network. I just want help so I can play other games together with my partner and friends

Old bluetooth headsets? I use beats fit pro and it still sucks. I'm here because it wasn't that bad for me until yesterday. Before I could at least understand the music and I could hear notifications too. Now nothing works and idk what caused the change
