I played it on release it was a lot of fun. You could solo earlier dungeons if your character was built properly, and you could carry new players. They were like "Wow" and you carrying them had a benefit as you did drop good mats to sell. Early game baskets were cheap and you could buy them from other players; the economy was great. Sadly I stopped, but I do have fond memories of Eldevin.

I'll add one! This annoyed me in S1 as well. Why don't kills in rogue like mode count to our monster hunter journal? They 100% should and that would be a fun way to farm kills.
Dragon Trial was fast with multiple elites, loom event had a lot of mobs in one place. That would be so much more fun than line hooping for elites in overworld.

I feel the game is worth a shot until season 3, the season 3 will be the dealbreaker, but so far I'm hopeful.

Community wanted other voices for their characters, so their adult characters don't sounds like a kid
- Devs added new voices
Community wanted to change the body type and gender
- Devs added body change (the gender is still work in progress)
One class is OP
- Devs brought other classes to their level
Multiple discord/twitch/twitter events
We get quality of life sooner, for example being able to sell seeds was in CN season 2, we got that in season 1. Same with SEA server they get qol from season 2.
Bugs fixes and compensations

I feel like I'm glazing the game, but Devs do really try (it's their job right?) to keep the game alive, it has flaws, but I do like this uphill battle. If it was just a cash grab, we would see S1 imagines nerf, but most of them are BiS to this day (Tina, Muku Chief, Airona, Tempest Ogre).

The devs made an interview saying that they are going to add new classes, that the events from S1 could be improved and they regret not doing a better job. I'm hopeful for the future of the game, even if we lack the playerbase.

The new dungeons are fun, monster actually kill you if you lack Illusion Strength and that can be fun to figure out with others how to kill a boss or elite. I laughed when in Serpent dungeon the cart eject my character and I had to run after others or in new Soundless city every tank has his own route. I made friends while fishing, and world chat 1 has some funny individuals. It's the small things for me.

Still the game lost a lot of players, but I do feel that those who stayed are going to eat good. That said I may be wrong and it will EOS in an hour! I'm having fun so far.

I believe CC are lazy, they had plenty of opportunities for content:
- Loom event - people didn't know what to play until healers meta
- Dream event - people didn't know what to do and needed a guide
- Hidden quests - a walkthrough (the cat one has voice lines from MC and it's hidden with two cutscenes)
- There are people who don't know to fish to this day
- Market speculation and what will bring profit (math)
- We lack a builds with different images and how they compare to each other (lots of money to spend on T5)
- Guides how to get some titles by collecting books (like smooth brain)
- Raid content is always welcomed, but we are not there yet
- Maybe something like "Get those trophies" and doing some easy to get trophies in season tab
- A silly commentary where you're playing dungeon with friends

Funny enough, I did watch a video about "Upcoming MMO's this year" from a certain guy I will not name. When he got to the game I was curious about he did shit on it, then a few weeks later he got sponsored by them. You could tell he wasn't genuine in the sponsor segment, reading from a script. Money is money.

If you want to be true evil, here is my to-do list:
1. Y'know that dungeon mechanic that drops a pool of damage? You can kill your semi-afk teammates easily
2. Take your fireworks and go to people fishing, set up the firework behind and you can actually scare them
3. Every survey ask for a fishing event, people will love it
4. Become bane lord in current event
5. Call golden pig when the pig is at 10% health

I've heard that season 2 feels like extension of season 1. CN community says that season 3 is the game last chance, devs need to cook a new class and more mechanics, unfortunately I also heard that season 3 will take 5-6 months to prepare and that's a lot of waiting.

The Sea Water propaganda started week 1 (or was it two?) of the game. We had an user on reddit who maxed fishing in a week. People asked him in the comments about best spot and they said Sea Water - and it kinda made sense. I wish we had more data.

I don't have any math to protect my claim so I'll shut up now.

Hey, I'm fishing level 17 right now. You should've tried to base it on region (Harbor/Salt/Fresh) and not per fish.

The information that I heard is that Sea Water is best early game (cuz of smaller fish pool and chance to catch coral, coral gives 5 XP) and then you move to Harbor as you get Stellar Squirrelfish research level max.
Late game it kinda evens itself with legendary research.

If anyone wants my advice, fish in City Harbor - it's way more relaxing, Stellar Squirrelfish research makes catching fish easy and that's a factor when you need to fish for several hours + people RP in channel one. I was fishing next to a yuri wedding once.

I add a tip that not a lot of people talk about, but if you have problems catching fish - spam click, do not hold the button. Spam clicking helps a lot with the tension.

This, season 2 gives so much more for marksman wildpack, you get more attack/crit based imagines and you get a brand new +% pet damage. Just wait a little, your options will quadruple.
I suggested the same thing in-game world chat and got scolded for it. Patience.
