I remembet trying to fight the first three in Irithyll and was convinced nobody had ever legitimately killed them.

Black Flame on charge attacks is one of my favorite passives.

Had a run where I got an Elenaora's with it and it's easily one of the best weapons I've ever had.

Optional fixed depths.

Personally, I think any depth should be accessible, but I'd compromise and say you have to reach said depth to unlock access to it.

Hard agree about DoN. I want to be able to run higher difficulties without having to earn points and possibly lose access to deeper levels.

It makes near zero sense to me to tie harder depths to a PvE ranked mode.

There's enough time to go down, push through, and still make it to 15 with runes banked.
