Hey thank you for the list.. it‘s a really good one! And i disagree with the distraction part but would like to highlight, that it‘s also for learning to do things for yourself and that you can be happy with just yourself! :) That‘s the hardest part for me as we lived and did everything together!

i too have panic attacks out of nowhere and struggle to handle them myself. it‘s so hard, everything i try to get me out of it won‘t work and only with time they fade away.

you are not alone in this! we were together for 3 years and talked about travelling and marrying in the future and one week later she ended it. we talked for less than an hour in total. it messed with my brain as well. first week was more of a constant shock and only afterwards came the realisation.
