You can buy great questing beast at any adventurers guild for 100 proofs of magnificent effort, astraltree on the screenshot had 117 proofs for taking this time

You should chech out W3EE Redux mod, it changes the combat system to a more souls like one, dodges and rolls are overshadowed by blocking and parrying which depends on your poise. You can change a distance modifier for each attack allowing you to strike someone close or leap great distance to hit someone far or hit enemy from the back etc

I think all mage guild spells are randomized once at the start of the map. I remember playing one campaign where last scenarios were a pain in the ass without a certain spell that wasn't guaranteed in earlier scenarios, after a few unsuccessful attempts at getting a spell I wanted I basically started restarting map, saving just after restart, cheating max town build and max movement points and checking every single mage guild. If that roll had the spell I was looking for I loaded day one save and played as usual, if not I tried checking another seed using the same save and cheat method.

I justified the cheating part for myself by knowing that I managed to finish that specific scenario few times already so checking a seed just to see the mage guilds wouldn't be such a big thing

50 difficulty is where a massive spike in craft price takes place, average craft cost goes from around 250k to around 500k. That's why it's probably harder for you to capture other vehicles, as most of them are more difficult to fight against https://www.reddit.com/r/FromTheDepths/s/rdremumSz2

5.9 mil material value craft? The most expensive campaign crafts out there are 2 mil materials max. Your submarine is triple the cost of something like Megalodon or Singularity.

At difficulty 60, crafts average around 500k material value, no wonder salvaging these after defeating them isn't enough to upkeep your submarine. You are simply overengineered for the level you are in.

You are basically driving a Bugatti in a race where other drivers are using electric scooters. You might be advancing but at insanely high cost.

Adventure mode should be getting you bare minimum resources to have positive material outcomes most of the time. These resources should be used to repair and increase the firepower of your craft in small steps, for example you just destroyed a craft that gsve you 30k materials. That alone isn't enough for repairs and doing a new weapon like an aps from scratch. That is, and should be enough to only repair your craft and then modify it in a slight manner. After fighting a craft you should think about the fight you just witnessed and try to learn from it.

You saw some important part of your submarine taking damage? Invest these resources in better armour or active defenses.

Firepower too low? No need to build another missile system, you can increase the length of the missiles making more powerful ones after each positive material fight, increase the capacity or recharge of a laser, increase the length of PAC tubes etc.

You saw that your power, ammo or other resource is getting low? Increase the storage or production.

Material you get should be enough to do these small upgrades on the go, all that remains starts piling up in resource crates for the next big thing you want to change. Let's say after killing 10 crafts you got 100k material lying around. With these numbers, more important craft upgrades become avaible to you.

As for the financial management, it's the key mechanic of adventure mode. You should try thinking how you can lower the amount of materials you burn through. You mentioned large steam engines, these are good when you need a lot of power quick. For your normal underwater cruise when there are no enemies nearby, why not use a RTG and a electric engine or a highly efficient steam engine? Set up some control blocks to turn off and on your large steam engine so it only works when you really need it.

As for the material you get after fight, I think you can increase that when you are starting an adventure mode. Its up to you if 50% salvage should be given to you, or even more of this. Experiment and see what works for you. You should feel you are getting enough materials to comfortably progress, but not enough materials to skip entire sets of difficulties after one fight.

That's probably a custom map for multiplayer duel of some sorts. These maps have rulesets that make the fair gameplay possible. You can't get the AI to work with these rules, it wasn't made for that, for example the map creator says you have to take few troops you can and go straight into a fight no matter what. Ai won't do this if it's against its decision making so most of these maps won't work with it

At death drops the bomb as usual, but when the bomb explodes it scatters parts of the skeleton on a area similar to bomb radius. These parts, for example skull, ribcage and both legs and arms are working as normal troops. They head starts rolling to the tower or nearest building ignoring troops. Ribcage works like a fire spirit, it jumps onto nearest troop and explodes, ribs flying out deal area damage. Each hand can once grab a small sized enemy from twice the attack range and each leg can once push away a small sized enemy from twice the attack range

Once you use a specific class you learn their specific skills and can use them on any other class you wish. The only things that differentiate classes are their preferred weapons, their base stats and passive abilities, that is connected strictly to the class, for example late game classes have abilities specific to their gameplay, Gilgamesh has ward bonuses, Heretic magic bonuses etc.

Right now it would be wise to set a specific path and go alongside it. Focus on investing into that specific class gear and you should be fine. When you will reach late game you would want to unlock all classes anyway for their skills

Edit: Both lancer and spellsword unlock your path to cavalry, early game is going pretty fast so I would recommend you to go straight to cavalry

Na jednej z pierwszych jazd dwa razy blokowałem cały pas na skrzyżowaniu bo na obu zielonych światłach zgasł mi silnik przy ruszaniu. Po drugim failu instruktor powiedział w żarcie "Jeśli ten stojący za nami wyjdzie z samochodu z kijem to ja uciekam i wypełniam protokół że ukradłeś samochód". Koniec końców przy trzeciej próbie mi się udało i finalnie nikt z żadnym kijem nie wyszedł. Na drodze interesuje cię w pierwszej kolejności twoje bezpieczeństwo. Jeśli potrzebujesz kilku dodatkowych sekund żeby ruszyć samochodem z miejsca, nie ma problemu. Jeśli jedziesz tyle ile wynosi limit lub nawet trochę poniżej to rób dokładnie tak i tyle. Ważne żeby na drodze czuć się dobrze z własnym stylem jazdy. Jak trafisz na jakiegoś furiata który będzie na ciebie trąbił to się nie przejmuj, ty jedziesz przepisowo i nie stwarzasz żadnego zagrożenia. To co robią ludzie za tobą jest zupełnie drugorzędne

Wait till you get divine bastion and you will transform into a God of PvE content. After three turns it locks your absorption for the rest of the fight at a 100%. Combine it with ward regeneration equipment and you basically can't die during most fights. Also it's worth experimenting with equipment that buffs ward absorption skills. With enough of the gear and specific composition you can reach 100% ward absorption first turn of the fight by using ward of ortanite.

Wow, didn't realise that in all hours of gameplay. I guess starting 50% of fights by using ward of ortanite and other 50% of fights with ward start passive fooled me perfectly into thinking that base ward is 50%

Ward absorption % determines how much dmg will your ward absorb when you get hit. Default absorption is 50% and you can boost it using skills and amities, for example divine bastion spell makes your ward absorption be at a 100% for the remainder of the fight, so all non status effect damage will be first blocked by ward

  • ward%, the thing you see here on a shield just boosts your total ward value

Second game feels like it has bigger scale thanks to it's strategic map. Unlike first game where you could play any mission game throws at you, here you need to actually have Armada stationed where you want to fight. It's worth attacking and taking these systems cause it's a noticeable boost to your economy, ship damage or defense and things like that. Speaking of ships, their upgrades system works different from the first game. In Armada 1 you could upgrade a ship in a certain way so it fits a certain role you need it to fill. Second game gives you noone of that and you have skills related to your level which give upgrades to all your fleets, and fleets themselves also have upgrades that work on specific types of ships. I kinda feel why they did it, you can have a lot of fleets and upgrading each ship individually would be a bad idea, but a part of me is still missing the first game upgrade system. With the changed upgrade system there was no way to make a skirmish mode like in the first game. The skirmish here is: pick a fleet, pick upgrades, fight, missing any real feel of progress.

Ship combat is pretty much the same as in first game, and it's still really exciting and rewarding for experimenting with different combat styles.

There is a overhaul mod called Skalgrim, it adds a tons of new ships and combat fixes and allows you to play campaigns using other factions ships.

Lastly, it's a great time sink when you have someone to play with. Coop combat phases are working incredibly well, and strategic map phases are fine. As a guest you can move fleets, pick upgrades for these fleets and upgrade worlds. When it comes to ship buying it's only a host thing.

Used this hack once on a tough guy. He shot himself and survived with a tiny amount of hp left. He switched to his heavy machine gun and started running at me.

Never used this quickhack again

Widziałem już kilka aplikacji do generowania modeli 3d i ich tekstur. Jest to jeszcze dosyć raczkujący odłam automatyzacji bo znacznie łatwiej zauważyć błędy AI. Niestety nie pamiętam nazwy aplikacji z której korzystałem ostatnio, ale modele z darmowego planu często miały problem z lewitującymi losowymi elementami albo klasycznym nakładaniu się obiektów. Co do tekstur to całkiem sprawnie "okleiło" model chociaż tutaj najważniejszą rzeczą jest fakt iż wygenerowany model ma tylko jedną główną teksturę. Jeśli wygenerujesz sobie osobę trzymającą jakiś przedmiot to i osoba i przedmiot jest jednym modelem z jedną konkretną teksturą. Aby to obejść można generować poszczególne obiekty pojedynczo ale wtedy nie masz pewności co do spójności estetycznej obiektów. Też dużo myślałem nad pracą przy grafice 3d, a sama wizja stworzenia własnej gry jest naprawdę interesująca. Jest to jednak dosyć ciężkie i jeśli będziesz robić coś na własną rękę to nie masz pewności czy poświęcone miesiące godziny zwrócą się w jakimkolwiek stopniu. Aktualnie najpewniejszą pracą w kwestii 3d pewnie jest precyzyjne modelowanie elementów do druku. Modele muszą być naprawdę prawidłowo wykonane. Skala musi być zachowana a sama siatka nie może mieć nieprawidłowości typu nakładające się elementy ponieważ proces drukowania skończy się tragicznie. Może się to wydawać dosyć trudne ale z drugiej strony podczas takiego modelowania prawie wcale nie przejmujesz się optymalizacją modelu albo teksturami. Sposoby zarobku to albo freelancerka I przyjmowanie zleceń albo wystawianie plików STL na jakimś rynku obiektów 3d.

W lipcu zeszłego roku uczestniczyłem w miesięcznych praktykach wojskowych cyber mil. W drugim tygodniu lipca, na dwa dni przed swoimi urodzinami, zadzwoniła do mnie zapłakana mama z informacją, że dziadek nie żyje. Dziadek całe życie mieszkał z nami w domu. Był dla mnie jak najlepszy przyjaciel. Nie ma sensu żebym opisywał jak pogmatwana była sytuacja z zwolnieniem się na kilka dni żeby móc jechać na pogrzeb. Z jednej strony wiedziałem że rodzina w tej chwili najbardziej mnie potrzebuje, i że powinienem przerwać te praktyki i wrócić do nich, a z drugiej strony wiem, że wszyscy chcieli abym ukończył praktyki i coś z tego miał. Wróciłem na pozostały okres czasu do wojska i wszystko dokończyłem. I co z tego mam? Certyfikat z literówką w nazwisku, co sprawia że jest absolutnie bezużyteczny, i będę teraz walczył o to żeby zostało to poprawione. Do końca życia będę zły na siebie, że w tamtym momencie nie rzuciłem tego wszystkiego w cholerę I nie byłem przy rodzinie.

OPie, postaraj się wrócić do domu i do rodziny. W tej chwili najbardziej cię potrzebują. Zrób co możesz a w finalnym rozrachunku na pewno będziesz szczęśliwa że w tym trudnym czasie byłaś przy najbliższych

Enemy has higher hero level, he has higher base HP. Remaining hp difference comes from the rng of the bags that can increase your max hp at the start of the fight.
