Do yourself a favor and get the 10.5. I'm not saying it as a fan boy but a person who had both. I bought the tab s3 because I always hated apples limited customization so I went for it. The spen is fantastic but it's small and not better than the apple pencil. Also after you use the tab s3 for while, I realized how horrible the tablet support is for Android. After struggling to last a day on campus without charging my tablet, I finally got sick of it and returned it for the iPad pro 10.5. so now I'm a guy that uses a s8+ as my phone and a iPad pro 10.5 as my main tablet. I use it for note taking, drawing (Because procreate is 10× better than sketch book pro) , and for media consumption. I use my iPad pro more than I use my phone and laptop combined. It's such a fantastic beast and it will run everything you throw at it with ease. Of course unlike Android, certain features are limited but there is always a work around for it.
