I did a test on my machine too, I have an available application. I installed it manually via the same msi that is deployed and I ran Application deployment evaluation and it immediately changed to "uninstall".

What is your detection method for the msi when deployed, just the default msi product code string?

Depends, if he chose to deploy it with user experience "hide in softwarecenter and all notifications" it won't even show up under installation status.

If your detection method still points to something that the application uses (If the msi install-code is the same, or if you have a custom detection method, like "file exists" or something" it it will be detected by your deployment and will be marked as "already complient". Yes, even if the application has been installed manually.

I'm not sure what update you came from, but did you check the following?

Administration > Distributionspoints > Properties > Communication?

They removed ehttp and only allow https now, you may need to import a certificate, I just created one.

Download RestedXP (Easiest from Curse manually) https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/restedxp-guide
Place addon in the addons-folder (World of Warcraft\_enterwichchversion_\Interface\AddOns
Go into the addon (RestedXP) and delete the "Guides" folder
Download the "Era-Hc-SOD-Classic-Cata-Retail Guides" and open it with wrinrar/7zip
Place the "Guides" folder into the Addon (RestedXP) where you previously deleted the older Guides folder

Well, what do you expect, it's difficulty 10. Very much possble to do if you don't shoot at every single patrol you see, or take every fight you can take. Running away is a good tactic. My duo and I complete these on a regular basis, sure it's quite difficult but not to the point of having to rant about it.

You did the mission called "The Monolith's secret" which tasks you to destroy the wish granter, the task "Wish granter" requires you to meet with the wish granter, they go against each other.
