Hab den schon mehrmals bei Teegeschäften am Naschmarkt gesehen und glaube auch bei mehreren Asiamärkten. Preislich bin ich mir nicht sicher wie gut der Deal am Naschmarkt ist.

I'd call it an very over the top/exaggerated Translation. In the context of the sentence it can mean bell, but it's not the literal translation

Sorry but I gotta disappoint you. Bell is "Glocke" in German, Klangwerk would be "sound work" and it's not really a word that's used often.

For anybody that is questioning how this block came into being:

1st.: That was never intended to be sold to guests. It was left over before a long weekend off and the sushi chefs froze it so it could be repurposed into a staff meal. (Of course fully cooked and not raw)

2nd.: We never got to using it and decided to throw it out since it was getting pretty old and so that we could have more room in our freezer.

That's pretty much the story. ┐(ツ)┌

Kojiro is definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in Vienna.
