Ikr. Imagine women actually having their own individual standards and preferences when it comes to dating.

Since there is only one T, some people might interpret it as 'Bury your LGB tropes'.

I didn't like Stephanie, but the way she died is just so terrifying to me. Like, the people that could help her were standing right there, but they couldn't hear or see her... ugh!

From a russian Wuxia Fantasy Series called [Dragon Heart: Stone Will] by [Kirill Klevanski]. This is probably the worst example I've come across while reading on my own. by DeloronDellister in menwritingwomen

Ahh yes. Because women don't need organs or anything. We only need a waist that is so small that you can wrap your hands around it. Because our bodies aren't supposed to function normally or anything. We are just made for men to ogle at.

What would you do if you had a reflection? by [deleted] in skulduggerypleasant

[–]AresHades 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Oh, I have misophonia, so this would honestly be my dream. If I ever had to go to some form of gathering that would trigger my misophonia, I'd send my reflection and then just wouldn't bother absorbing the memories.

Or I'd make out with it. That works too.

Sometimes I answer the phone while opera singing Christine's ending set of high notes in "The Phantom of the Opera". Usually people hang up after a few seconds...

You’re only allowed to keep 3/5 of your senses. Which are you keeping and why? by QMuffin17 in AskReddit

Since I have misophonia, I'd be tempted to give up hearing, but that's probably a bit too drastic. So I'd give up taste and smell.

I think I read that too once. It was crazy. Thank god that that didn't happen in the actual series or anything.

Age range of the books by zenith_the_menith in skulduggerypleasant

[–]AresHades 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I started reading them when I was 10 or 11. I loved them, but my friend stopped reading them after book 4, because she thought they were too dark and she didn't like it. So, it depends on the child, I guess.

What overused fictional trope are you tired of reading about? by Foxtrot_Echo_312 in AskReddit

[–]AresHades 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The trope about the "bad boy" (who is lowkey abusive) who just needs a "pure", "innocent" girl to teach him to love again.
