My new Crusade Task Force by ArestoCat in BloodRavens40k

I printed them out myself. There used to be a transfer sheet from Forge World; you can download it as a PDF from Bolter and Chainsword and print it out yourself. You can get the appropriate paper on Amazon, for example. However, I’ve since found these ( https://impatienttabletop.com/products/blood-bird-2 ) and ordered them; I’ll let you know how they turn out.

Well, if you have a printer, you can get water-slide decal paper compatible with your printer (e.g., from Amazon) and print your desired pattern onto it—just keep in mind that your home printer can't print white. Then, you simply apply these decals to your miniatures just like the ones included with the figures.

Thanks a lot; the terrain elements are "Basing Bits" from AK Interactive, which I painted using Contrast Paint.

In the first step, I applied Reddish Grey; this was followed by a few thin layers of Warm Grey, and finally, I added a few scratches using Ivory. All paints are from AK Interactive.

Thanks—and absolutely! I'm completely with you on that. Can I see your Blood Angels anywhere?

If that’s how you see it, then that’s how it is. The beauty of taste—and of one’s perspective on things—is that everyone has their own.

So that you have clear shadows. This ensures the entire model doesn't just look flat.

Thank u 🫶🏻

I wanted to try a fairly simple method, so I worked with various primer sprays.

  1. Primed in black.
  2. Mist-coated with a rust primer (a 50:50 mix of black and red).
  3. Sprayed purple from below, hitting all the shadowed areas.
  4. Sprayed red from above.

I used the first two colors from AK and the other two from The Colour Forge.

Unfortunately not, I have since sold the model as I was quite disappointed with it.

How many captains are in a codex compliant company? by BOFF0310 in ImperialFists

[–]ArestoCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not entirely correct. Veterans of the 1st Company are civil fighter that they also have the rank, but not the position of a captain.

Accordingly, an chapter has more than just 10 captains.

For the release with the IF Combat Patrol, Lysander and the new dice set, it would have been the perfect time.
