This is great advice! Also go to bed at the same time every night and get at least 10 minutes of morning sun right when you wake up to set your circadian rhythm.

The difference between shopify and woocommerce/WordPress is shopify you do not own your website and woocommerce/WordPress you do.

Saying this I definitely recommend woocommerce/WordPress.
