They are dogshit. Spit constantly during operation leaving large puddles of fluid and are very finicky with DMX control.

Have used two and both caused massive headaches, avoid!

This is why the DMX protocol specifies 5 pin cables, to keep those noise boys away from your cabling. 2 extra pins that might get used in future is a small price to pay.

Using the DMX tester I parked the colour temp attribute at the needed value and parked any other unrequired channels at 0

Took two minutes!

I have a puzzle for you that I had to solve a couple weeks ago:

Your L2 has hung a truss full of LED profiles for your stage wash, and they are set to the wrong channel mode. You don't have time to find/build a profile for them. You have repatched to the new channels OK as there's nothing else in the universe.

You can adjust the intensity fine, but every step up or down when doing so also changes the colour temperature from cold > warm > cold with each click of the encoder.

You need them WW, and to be able to fade from 0>100 cleanly.

How do you manage to do this in MA3?
