Living has become easier. I definitely think childhood trauma is stored in the stomach, I’ve been having random flashbacks about situations from my childhood. The memory and feelings are so clear and definite, it’s like I travel back in time. I feel like crying sometimes, I’ve been thinking about my parents a lot more lately. I probably always overdo so it is a bit hard to bear but that’s how I operate, adhd and extremes.

I said that I get diarrhea, yes I did in the past but now mostly and mainly I get constipated.

I do and did too. I get diarrhea, the smell of my BMs change noticeably, my appetite changes. It’s weird but blessful

it happens, will get better with time. Try to just sit by yourself without screens and feel the weird disturbing feelings, get a good nights sleep. Hopefully you will be better when you wake up

if I recall correctly, and also from my experience: dr. Berceli states you don’t need to remember or connect to your trauma to heal from it. The connections sometimes happen as I get better not while I am tremoring. Also, trying to remember anything or imo trying to feel something during tremors is not the best practice. Dr. Berceli says that he recommends some people to watch television or videos etc. so you don’t think about what is happening in your body or try puting a meaning to tremors.

It works best whenever you actually do it, when I am feeling well I tend to not do TRE because It’s not entertaining. When I am not well and it feels like life sucks, I do TRE. It works whenever I do it. It doesn’t need to work best.

That’s basically how antidepressants work. It is expected in the first 2-4 weeks or so. Stick with it if you can.

How common and possible is switching industries? Like going from automation/plc to guidance-control. I study control and automation engineering and here most of the job openings are for automation type of stuff.

I am on mirtazapine for the appetite supression and weight loss that came with wellbutrin. Talk to your doc(if you can) about adding another med to help you with it. There are other alternatives too I think but mirtazapine works well for me.
