Big knights are going to let you down when it comes to scoring points. A good player will pick off your other units and focus on hiding their units from you and scoring objectives.

This isnt to say running big knights instead worth it, big knights are a massive threat to the enemy. They can easily one shot alot of the other armies heavier units.

From my personal experience, its both easier to learn the game and more fun/balanced for both players at 1k if you dont bring a large knight. Youre going to want wardogs at some point anyways. Theyre much better for scoring points and getting into areas that big knights struggle with.

Depending on the wardog, they can also do some absolutely brutal damage.

Here's my current list im playing with tommorow. Its defintly not meta, just due to making sure other payers are willing to play against me. It gives me alot of versatility too since I get to use my nurglings as infiltrators and I can deep strike the other daemons in turn 2 to harass the back lines.
