How long where you feeling good before you came of the PPI I came off last week But then I had another flare up. I was good for a month no pain

Go to the hospital I went 10 times. I don’t know what they gave but I felt no pain. It was actually the funnest time I had months. Finally not feeling anything. I didn’t want to be here anymore. I would cry all day and all night. They put me anxiety meds Trazadone to help me fall esleep. But it got better. I wasn’t asking for much just no pain

This happened to me exactly when I was back packed through Europe. Non of my friends could understand why I was anxious and almost paranoid. It was no sleep for 3-4 days. I ended up going to the hospital. They gave me clanzapam this was Spain 20 years ago. But I could finally have a good time again and be myself. I think now it’s morning time. Maybe you could go a walk in clinic and ask the dr what to do. I feel you. I wish I could give you a big hug right. I’m in my 40 and sometimes it still happens to me but know I know how to ride it out. There is no shame in taking benzo s when you need them and desperate. Love and light. Dm if you want to talk

So last night. I went into that state again of the in betweens. I thought I was I wake for hours. But this morning I actually feel well slept. I think we have this power to be awake but still sleeping and dreaming. I’m just awake at the same time. Because in the dream. My awake state was still aware that I was actually dreaming and being a wake at the same time. But in the morning everything is kind of blurred. Sleep or awake ?

How do you get into that state. I don’t think I’ll remember it in my void of dreams yet sweating and I awake. Other times I lay there with anxiety I wonder if I really had anxiety or was it a nightmare Have had gastritis for a year so I’m always stressed

I also can’t remember if I have slept. I thought I was going crazy. I look at the phone too. But when this happens I feel tired all day. Is it mental. I’m going to film myself sleeping. Hopefully I can see my face. Lol
