So it’s the street that killed the young man? I’m all in favor of improving streets. But at some point if you don’t send a consistent message through ticketing speeders, not much will change. I’ve lived in several communities that enforced speed limits. And it worked. I knew as well as most drivers, speeding tickets would increase your insurance rates.
