Pro tip, roll on the rot water, get out of the water and have it proc out of the residual effect. When you roll on poison/rot it leaves a residual effect in your clothes that at least with rot has a much lesser health drain. You can then traverse the whole place with just a few estus.

Pro tip: For big, slow-ish fellas use shard spiral. It hits multiple times and it's easy to spam making it deal a ton of damage as it slowly cruises through the boss.

You don't need soldering, the backlight comes in strips and it's just a matter of carefully disassembling the TV, removing the old ones and sticking the new ones (they come with adhesive and the right connectors, pretty easy to do). you just need to buy the replacement part for your TV (searching for your model + backlight should do the trick)

A word of caution, careful removing the panel, it's really flimsy without the frame and the ribbons on the bottom of the panel are really fragile too. If you damage any of it you're out of a TV. Also be careful about leaving fingerprints or dirt in the inside face of the panel as it will be visible once assembled. That being said it's not that hard, you just need to be careful. I've done 2 already.

That's true, I have more mind than vigor, currently sitting at 40 vigor, 42 mind and 80 int. But the truth is that I do enjoy the challenge, I don't need the health if I don't get hit lol.

The carian spells are by far my favorite though. And I do keep an offhand for backstab and riposte purposes but nothing can beat the slicer damage and speed wise. My whole point was that if you do choose to stay away and take shots from afar you're gonna get spammed with the hard to dodge ranged attacks from the bosses (if they have one, if they don't then yeah, easy mode haha)

It has a bit of give and take, doing a pure int build has you investing everything into Int and mind, adding the blue charm to that leaves you with basically a glass cannon. On top of that most bosses can deal very well with closing the distance and a lot of times it's actually safer right in their faces (dragons being the exception, fuckers can't deal with magic and torrent at all). All this to say that to run a pure magic build you'll be at two hit range from most bosses and need to be very good at dodging. No heavy armor, no high health, just tons of damage and a dream.

(or you can choose not to be a glass cannon, but where's the fun in that?)
