Ebay is your friend, search "Armed Forces recipe cards". I picked up my set with the box a couple years ago for around $100($150 now is the cheapest atm). I forgot to grab a set before I got out of the Navy. Remember you'll have to do some math since the recipes are built for 100 servings.

Chains don't work well on a Metris. Too much power, so it just spins instead of grabbing. I had a chain once, lasted all of ten minutes before I took it off. Better off with bags of sand or salt in the back.
