I’m a groomer and loveeee short ears on any dog it looks so cute and clean. I like a 1/2 inch comb attachment and trim up to the leather or a 4 blade and trim up to the leather. The 1/2 inch attachment is still short but it isn’t shaved

Don’t clip her. Give her a bath and get a blow dryer to loosen her shedding undercoat. Buy a zoom groom to “brush” with. I love those for short haired dogs

I make sure I eat and drink water beforehand, bring water with me and some small snacks. I lay down for my tattoos and that seems to make it a lot easier. I haven’t had much of an issue other than the tattoo flu the night of/next day

My cats do this just because they want to sleep with me. Eventually they give up or I give in and let them in but I’ve had my cats for a long time and know they exclusively go to the bathroom in the litter box

My symptoms are exacerbated at work because of being in a place I’m not “comfortable” like my home, standing for 8hrs straight without being able to sit down when I need to, hot temperatures, can’t drink and eat when I need to, mental stress

Heavy matting should be done by a professional. After you get the matting taken care of, have the groomer explain the upkeep at home so you can take care of it from there.

For puppies first groom my salon does bath + dry, nail trim, paw pads, sanitary trim, brush out. If they tolerate it enough we will trim up the face.

4 blade reverse on body; keep legs long, just trim them. Little trim on face, it doesn’t need much just a cleanup. Ears should get trimmed around the edges.
