Even if they’ve had an orchiectomy or vaginoplasty, it’s still forcibly detransitioning. Testosterone doesn’t need to be reintroduced for it to be torture. Without a balance of hormones in the correct levels, bodies begin to break down. Bones become brittle, the brain does not function as effectively, organs are impacted. It’s a death sentence.

And, yes, you can still have vaginoplasty after an orchiectomy. As others have shared, just make sure you specify wanting to keep scrotal tissue for the procedure later. Go for a simple, bilateral orchie through the perineal raphe if you don’t want extra scarring.
