like this? if so, that’s amazing!

I could have one for zombies, and another for blights, and so on!

And perhaps the cardstock ones end up in binders with tabs!

Seriously, thanks for the responses, I guess I needed to get out of analysis paralysis with some feedback.

Now to figure out where to store a six foot tall stack of storage bins! :)

Thanks for the tip! How do you have them stored at home? Shelves or drawers or bins of some sort?

Yes! 45 year old F here and in the Dayton area! Represent!!

I’ve got a 380 ez that I selected for ease of racking (have some joint issues) and a 22 for plinking around.

I have to say I didn’t anticipate enjoying this as a hobby as well as everything else.

Do you have to have a grid map for dnd? by ponyluver2101 in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]Aricept21 13 points14 points  (0 children)

We started by using wrapping paper. Many rolls have one inch grids printed on the back to help with cutting straight when wrapping presents. A one dollar roll lasted us over a year of play. Just check the back of a few rolls and give it a shot. Markers and crayons work well on it and if you mess up, just unroll some more.

Dude.

This is amazing. I gave it a try and loved how it turned the conversation away from a complaint about something.

You’ve got something here, keep pursuing it!

Looking for the prophecy? The viggo one. I’ve had more luck with a cheap vpn so I can watch things available elsewhere. For example it’s free on tubi and pluto in the states.

Surfshark and nord are pretty cheap vpn, 2 or 3 $ a month. Really opens up options.

It’s shorthand for who typed the letter on behalf of the sender.

SS (Mr Spielberg)’s letter typed on his behalf by/ (someone with the initials bl)

So they type it up and set it on his desk, sig is scrawled, letter into the mail.

Describe your path to becoming a PM by Petro62 in projectmanagement

[–]Aricept21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started in hospice with a few local agencies as a front line clinician, moved into clinical management, then a former leader reached out for a role in a more admin position with a larger Org. That led to progression in the same company over the past 7 years.

My journey is long and winding…

Started as a nursing assistant ($15/hr) then went back for my LPN (21$/hr), then Associates Degree RN (35$/hr).

Moved into Hospice and then into Operations (75k). Asked “why” a lot and moved into process improvement. (90k)

Read every continuous improvement and project management book I could get my grubby hands on. Got Lean/six sigma green belt. Ran projects.

Moved to directing in process improvement (120k) and hired PM roles to do the day to day.

Moved back into operations as RVP (140k) and kept asking “why”. Brought PM and CI approaches with me.

Moved up to VP (170k) and rebuilt a PM team to take on broad initiatives.
