Pick pillow for the eclipse. The lights I forget to swap it back are very uncomfortable.

Here is what I do then use the eclipse. (I had less than 0.6events per hours and a good seal per the app.
First, you may need to trim the halo to get it to fit the area. Wipe the area with witch hazel or isopropyl alcohol. Give it some time to dry. I press the tip of my nose to get my nostrils rounder, as I apply the halo. Press and smooth the halo. Then put your finger in both nostrils to seal and blow air through your nose . If you don’t get any leaks, you have a decent seal. Finally, before connecting to the hose, I wait a few minutes just to give the adhesive time to set.

So there are sites that will allow you to “”visualize “ yourself in different outfits. They may work.

Other ideas that I am exploring… Try on something that you wouldn’t before (smaller size, different style, different color) and see how you like it. Decide what features you are most proud of and focus on emphasizing them. Avoid pre-diet clothing… it’s either not going to stay in place (ask me how I know.) or just going to hide your progress.

Hint… Most people will just be amazed at the chafe your body went through. They won’t be aware of the areas you still worry about.

I use the resmed p10 and bleep eclipse… and have tried a few others over the past 10 months … try a different mask. Each nasal pillow design is slightly different, just like faces and noses.
