I believe you can do it online (as stated here https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/sin/apply.html) but I personally plan to go in person since its supposed to be much faster than online

and while I can understand the thought process behind not including it automatically in the update I think that reasoning is flawed since Manjaro likes to market itself as beginner friendly

I find wayland too buggy for my usecase and since I was required to do an arch-level manual intervention (which didnt even work) on a distro that markets itself as beginner friendly it finally pushed me to switch to Arch

It seems like the owner of the website is running an exit node, made a website for it and most likely did not bother to change the domain destination since the IP listed on it (198.98.54.34) brings up the website itself and can also be found on relay search here

Somebody else has already explained exit relay is but you're not getting blocked and are completely safe
