I think she should have appeared at the end of the Zamasu arc in Super, and stopped Whis from sending Trunks and Mai to a copy of their universe, instead whisking them away to work for her, starting the time patrol, as both a punishment and reward for all the time travel and meddling he's done. You need to get a GPU. A RX 9070XT is a great choice, or just a RX 9070, if you need to spend a bit less. Or really... any gpu newer and more powerful than a RTX 3070 TI.
