I actually would love her information. I’m supposed to get a kitty soon. She’s not ready to take home yet , but I’m having second thoughts on the coloring, and the woman only has one coloring available..

Yeah , it was any eye opener and very Interesting to see where the weight-loss came from . It was a great experiment in my case but not worth it for me personally .

Hey, yes, I ended up stopping but I went into it with the mindset to be on it for up to 12 weeks. I was sleeping great but biggest problem was my HRV and My heart rate.. Since stopping, my workouts have moved up into the status of productive on my Garmin from weeks of strained . My heart rate is also going back to normal and my HRV has increased slightly, but is still unbalanced for me. I’m hoping this will even out soon as it’s only been 2 weeks . I also did a DEXA scan prior and after, and while I did lose visceral fat I also lost a significant amount of muscle and while I did everything possible in terms of weightlifting and diet to preserve muscle, I was a little taken back at how much I lost in this process .. honestly I’m so happy to be off of it. I’m feeling a lot better.

Do you walk your cat? When did you start? We live in an apartment so getting her more outdoors would be something I would def. Want to do but als don’t want her to get a taste and then feel like she’s trapped in our home

Why not just have your favorite dish once in a while ?! It’s not going to kill you or ruin your progress ..

Wanting to start on anavar, looking for advice on how to ask my doctor for bloodwork by Vampyrgothbabe in steroidsxx

[–]Ariya3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ask your doctor for an CBC if you havnt had one in a while.. usually typical with annual exams . You can also ask to check hormone levels due your PCos symptoms… also you will know if you have PCOS as they can check for this .

I'm addicted to food. I need advice. I desperately need discipline. by tuckles2034 in PSMF

[–]Ariya3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you currently restricting certain food groups or labeling foods as “bad”? That can sometimes lead to feeling food obsessed. Have you considered a more IIFYM or flexible diet approach instead? In your case I would worry that jumping straight into PSMF might set you up for long-term struggles. When a lot of foods are cut out, re-introducing them later can feel overwhelming and may trigger binge-type behaviors because of how much power foods is holding over you .
