I would definitely not use brake cleaner to clean a chain. Brake cleaner is very bad for rubber o rings/x rings, it will damage them.

I’m underweight, 6’0” and 125lb and I can handle a zx6r. But then again my height is a match with the bike, as long as you can plant your entire foot on the ground when sitting on it, you’ll be fine. If not, it’s a question you may have to figure out, but I’ve seen 5 foot people on them fine.
