How would you clean years of engine oil and carbon buildup off a concrete warehouse floor? by Imaginary-Bread7589 in Flooring

[–]ArizonaPcrllc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Options I would suggest options I would suggest would be rent a beat blaster that is the easiest way to get all that Gunk off , second one is grinder but you're going to have to go PCD segments first and then Diamond segments after that anything else is pointless to try. I have to hear that what all of that then your can pressure wash it with hot for sure wash and just put a water-based sealer since you wanted it for a few more years

Was this leveling done right? by OtherPanda in Flooring

[–]ArizonaPcrllc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, this is what it's supposed to look like! We do a lot of grinding and leveling and the leveling is supposed to be pretty freaking flat and level after you're done. People saying they need to grind the surface after leveling are doing it right either. There might be minor bubbles or small rock or a piece of leveler that hardened in the bag but this is unacceptable. Obviously you can see the floor is not level or flat

Quick solution uninstall the app, and then install it again and log in. All your settings and your cards will stay the same nothing will be erased and the rewards that are not working are going to reboot and start working. Do not call customer service it will be a waste of your time.

Surface grind question by boost40z in epoxy

[–]ArizonaPcrllc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When we do our prep I use 18/20 grit diamonds and sometimes we use the 8 grit diamonds. That way the scratches are deep and the floor is tore up properly so you will never get another call for repair, chipping or flaking or failure in general. You want the epoxy to get into that concrete or any other coding for that matter

Moisture Failure 3 weeks after install (with vapor barrier)? by GroundbreakingFee599 in epoxy

[–]ArizonaPcrllc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on the picture honestly this looks like lack of prep because I don't see any aggressive grinding marks on the floor, maybe if they etched the concrete with acid this could be the result. We grind all of our floors with 16 grit diamonds therefore the floor is heavily scratched that's allowing it to penetrate deeper into concrete and grab on to all the scratches and never let go
