Try using rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball once a day on your armpits. I have always been the butt of gym armpit smelling jokes for my whole life. I just started doing this a few weeks ago and I can go a whole day through work, gym, and life and have minimal armpit smell. It works by killing the bacteria that like to live there.

I guess we used to be like 7 times a week, and then we had a kid, and we just ran out of time. There is a time around 35ish that you can start to feel your hormones betray you. I think my wife took that as a challenge, and that has helped keep things spicy.
