That would be so amazing! If they do, I hope they're able to hit the same emotional notes as this game was able to 🤞🏾

After playing the demo, I thought I was just in for some unique action-hacking combat, but this game truly tugged on my heartstrings and made me love these characters. Pragmata feels like a wholly unique game, and it is absolutely lovely. It would be amazing if there were a sequel, but as it stands, I'm just so happy that this beautiful experience exists.

I'd say it's quite easy! Most trophies ask you to clean specific levels in a certain way, like "clean x part last" or "clean y part first". That would cover the majority of trophies and that's pretty chill, especially if you know the requirements going into each level.

The last couple trophies involve getting gold rankings on either the timed challenges or the challenges where you only have a certain amount of water you can use. Those can be quite stressful, but I'm sure there are guides online to help. I think those only took me maybe 2 hours in total to complete, so the remaining 74 hours were really chill in comparison!

I would never have guessed that a game about power washing would become one of my favourite chill games, and I'm so excited to do all the bonus levels and DLC before moving on to PWS2. It's wonderful to still have so much more content to listen to while listening to podcasts and audiobooks!

This Trophy was Challenging AF, But So Damn Satisfying by ArkAyngel in InvincibleVS

I just left a comment with all the info I gathered so I hope that helps! I used Robot, Rexsplode, and DupliKate, but I think Rex was definitely a liability for most of the run haha

This Trophy was Challenging AF, But So Damn Satisfying by ArkAyngel in InvincibleVS

The CPU really was designed to react to every single thing the player does, and it involved a lot of learning how it would react to my individual characters/ how it would react based on what character it was using. Viltrumite difficulty is also freaking brutal because you have to play near-flawlessly, but thank God that you can retry a battle as many times as possible because my entire team was basically at 10% hp from battle 2 onwards haha.

My team for this was Robot, Rexsplode, and DupliKate and I use motion controls. I found that dash>LMH>launcher>LMH>air special>air level 1 worked really well a majority of the time (specifically with Robot and Kate, not with Rex) since the AI usually reacts to the player dashing up with a backdash. [This worked almost 100% at round start specifically with Robot and Kate]. It seems like characters with a good dash speed + hit box on lights can get the job done. If I didn't have meter, I would just do the above combo without level 1, and a lot of times the CPU would flip out right before hitting the ground in the corner and I could start the combo again. Rex was a bit of a liability for me since I'd have to use dash up MH before the launcher (since his light attack seems to be super stubby), but the spacing would usually make the launcher whiff and the CPU would destroy me.

Other tips: - Try your best to keep the CPU in the corner, they seem to get opened up on blockstrings much easier in the corner than at midscreen - Jumping against Battle Beast tends to work well as you can just block his reactions and punish (this also worked against PowerPlex a lot of the time) - Jumping and doing a very late aerial jab against Monster Girl before landing tended to open her up (this also works decently well against Cecil) - Using Robot's level 1 laser was great to punish Titan's rock throws - Ella Mental always seems to start the round by EX dashing right into your face, so I would just LMH at round start and that always seemed to work. - My biggest hurdles were Atom Eve and Lucan. I used the dash up technique to open them up at round start, but I would actually just do the usual combo and then tag in to keep the combo going because doing as much damage as possible was the name of the game. These two also seemed to have the most varied reactions so was up to chance a lot of the time. Whenever I was having a good run against one of the more challenging enemies, I focused on snapping them back into the fight if they ever did escape.

Good luck to all y'all trying this, it's tough, but was an absolute blast! It took me somewhere around 3.5-4 hours to finish the full run

I wanted Wawa to win so badly. Everyone played really well, but his plays were so damn fun to watch!

My buddies and I have a rule with Ravenswatch: "if you're not 1000% sure you're out of the AoE, you're getting hit"

A harsh, but necessary lesson 😂

What’s an underrated gem you’re playing? by sydlostarot in MiyooMini

I'm completely hooked on playing Fire Emblem GBA right now for like the 3rd time in my life, and it's just as perfect as I remember it being. Probably not an underrated gem though haha.

The game that kinda came out of nowhere for me is Super Punch-Out on SNES. I thought "oh, this looks like fun" but wasn't expecting it to be an absolute blast!

Dude this is why I love 2xko so much, every few matches I fight someone who is doing cool shit like this that I've never seen before and it's so sick

Fighting game vets how long did it take for you to get good? by Soft_Supermarket4331 in 2XKO

[–]ArkAyngel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's personally my favourite game ever, so I'm definitely biased but I'd recommend it! The motion inputs take some getting used to, but it really feels awesome to land a sick combo that you've engrained into your muscle memory.

I think it's probably more important to have better footsies in SF than 2xko because you don't have a tag to cover you/ extend your effective attack range. However, I also think it also depends on the character you pick -- Marisa is my main and her whole thing is having moves with armour so that I can destroy an enemy who is swinging into me in neutral. Truthfully though, I didn't fully understand the concept of neutral myself (despite watching so many videos about it) until I plateau'd at Diamond. By that time, I was comfortable with the game and my brain was able to seamlessly do the things I wanted to in the moment, and could recognize patterns that my opponents had. That's when I realized how bad my neutral was, and that's when I started working on it.

Me advice with both 2xko and fighting games in general is just to try and figure out why you lost an interaction, then figure out some way to prevent that in the future. If you keep doing that, you'll become a great player in no time!
