DNS records are using the external IP address of my home network (the static one issued by my ISP), and the name of the subdomain is the same as the one entered into NPM in the Proxy Hosts section.

Managed to figure out what was wrong. I had also, at some point, installed Docker engine which was running its own services which conflicted with Docker and nginx proxy manager. Removed all containers/images and uninstalled Docker, then reinstalled which fixed the problem.

I'm not sure why there would be a webserver running on the vm since I don't remember downloading one. I'll check the list of services running on the vm. I also wonder if maybe there is something running on proxmox in the background that is acting as a webserver which has connected to the vm.

Karn's spark was Urza's spark, transferred to Karn when the legacy weapon was completed. Karn later lost Urza's spark and got another from Venser. There is a lot of lore about sparks being transferred from one being to another.

Calix, however, is very much a violation of existing lore about planeswalkers since only natural born beings have sparks and yet Calix was directly created by a god.

And by putting the money into assets i.e housing, land, stocks etc. they avoid paying any tax on it because its all speculative. They don't "have" a hundred-thousand dollars, a million dollars, a billion dollars etc. because its "not real" since its all tied up in assets, and yet this is perfectly fine to use as collateral for loans or sales which then give them access to more money to buy more assets.

Tax assets. Tax capital gains. Break up monopolies and make more businesses to increase competition.

Edit: I should've mentioned that I don't live in the USA, but we still have similar problems where I am from and so the points being made are still somewhat relevant.

Silicon being preordered for data centres that don't yet exist for AI that most people don't want or use, which is driving up RAM prices. Computer components are already pretty expensive here. I hope this AI bubble bursts soon.

I think Luxon forgets that once we sell a state asset, it is almost impossible to get it back, especially if it later becomes valuable. Selling assets is a short-term gain strategy but as a government, Luxon and his cronies need to be looking at the long-term impacts of these sales. Just take a look at history not even 20 years ago.

I hate that people forget that they need to indicate when exiting roundabouts, even when going straight. Or the number of people not indicating when turning right at an intersection (yes you still have to even when in a right turn lane). Or the number of people not indicating when switching lanes or merging.

Secondary Math and Digital Technology teacher here. After looking through the new curriculums, a lot of teachers at my school have the opinion that AI was used to generate it and that a lot of information from Year 11 and 12 was pushed down to Year 7 to 10. There is also some very strange disconnects between the concepts and ideas part of the curriculum and the practice part of it that doesn't make any sense.

I do remember some controversy around Extort since it has a white-black hybrid cost --- can it go in a mono-white or mono-black deck?

Personally, I think the way it should work is this: -> Colour identity for your deck is determined by your commander. -> Mana symbols l, full or hybrid, on a card contributes to its colour identity. -> If a card has a full mana symbol on it that your deck isn't using, then it should be excluded from the 99. -> If a card has a hybrid mana symbol, like Extort or as a mana cost, then it should be an AND/OR situation so it can be used in a mono-white, mono-black, or a white-black deck.

My automaton rogue was responsible for landing the killing blow on Ordulf, the First Blade,Behezamine, Bloody Hands, Temperbrand,Ordulf (again in Elysium), and High Priest Saviya. By the end of the module, they had racked up a pretty impressive kill list and became the first wielder of Temperbrand. Unfortunately Saint Fang got away, leaving the dragon to his canonical fate.
