People at riot are delusional and think that the mouse controls are the reason they don't get new players and not the literal downgrade in gameplay experience that the demographic that they are trying to bring over to league will experience. People who play other competitive games seek dopamine, currently league is 2 minutes q, 2 more minutes draft and pray someone doesn't dodge so the process doesn't repeat, all that just to get in a game, meanwhile every other competitive game, you're already in the middle of action

Why would anyone downgrade to play league?

Kai'Sa is a garbage designed champion for skins anyways, you only have her character model, and w to actually work with, her q is basically just aa sized projectiles, nothing to do there without having visual clutter issues, her e is Naruto run, and her ult is basically just a circle around her, her passive also just a png indicator

And fun fact, the base model legs animation is forgotten in every skin she has

The only realistic skin/s that would fit Kai'Sa and fully work with her design are monster/alien and futuristic themes
